Cross-border cooperation
In the Solarvalley, actors actively having an influence on the development of the energy sector and thus organising the energy turnaround have got together. on the one hand, these are the actors active in the field of new energies, i.e. technology developers and manufacturers of regenerative generation systems, accumulators and components and their suppliers, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and direct marketers of renewable energy. As a reflection of the outstanding potentials in the Central Germany region, the focal point here is with the manufacturers and providers of photovoltaics. On the other hand, we have the representatives of conventional energy generation and the grid operators. The conviction that the new technical and logistic solutions as well as new statutory regulations can only be developed jointly has brought these two groups together in the Solarvalley cluster.
